The apartment had a very comfortable bed and settee, a really good shower, and a wonderfully quiet location. the swimming pool was a great addition and the basic items provided, such as butter, were a nice touch. the hosts were very helpful and welcoming, even going as far as preparing a welcome board. the charming garden with an amazing view was the perfect place to relax and chill out. the shops were close by and the city center was easily accessible. it was a great place to stay, especially for those with physical handicaps.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

stayed for summer holidays, so all was perfect. location was incredible, within walking distance of torre del padre santo. also, we were close enough to the garden and a supermarket. everything about this stay was great, thanks.

The owner was super cool and helped us plan our trip to Villa Romana, which was mind-blowing! The apartment itself was sick, with all the modern stuff like a big TV and hi-fi system. Plus, it's located near a supermarket, so stocking up on snacks for our party nights was a breeze.
The only thing we wished for was a cool hangout spot within the apartment building where we could chill with our friends and have some fun. But overall, it was an awesome experience!

Spacious, stylish studio with well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, and lovely garden view. Quiet location on the edge of town with easy access to main road. Fantastic host, great communication, and plentiful breakfast options. Private parking and no stairs.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

loved the smart studio, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen at Folco Studio. Roberto, the host, was incredibly kind and even provided me with medicine when I was sick. The apartment is in a great location near shops and has a beautiful garden with amazing views!
